Responsibilities:
Accountable for the procurement operations of assets and accessories.
Conducts risk analysis, assessments, penetration testing, and mitigation plans for all Infrastructure layers.
Documents the design, configuration, procedures and troubleshooting on all platforms.
Designs and implements backup strategy, data loss prevention strategy, and disaster recovery plan.
Accountable for provisioning requested servers ensuring high performance and high availability.
Accountable for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, back-up of network devices, internet Services, and all datacenter activities.
Designs, implements, optimizes communication between all infrastructure layers.
Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles.
Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals
Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent, and manages team performance.
Requirements:
8+ years or relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree of computer science or any related field of studies.
