What will you do
Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to automotive inspections, leveraging expertise in operations management to ensure seamless workflow.
Develop and implement innovative inspection procedures to standardize processes and enhance evaluation accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline inspection workflows, driving efficiency gains.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
