Egybell is hiring IT Application Architect
Job Responsibilities
Creating high-level application and integration solution designs. Conducting system architecture evaluations to define target state architectures and transitional roadmaps. Ensure solutions are integrated with existing bank applications through APIs and integrations. Technical review of the design and code delivered by in-house and outsourced teams; ensuring it conforms to solution design, security standards, industry best practices and non-functional requirements. Participate in architecture governance, presenting their solutions wider review and approval. Peer review solution designs from other architects Identifying technologies that can be leveraged to add value to the bank. Contributing to application and integration strategies through collaboration with enterprise architects Modelling architectures using the TOGAF meta model within an architecture modelling tool. Creating key design decision papers. Designing (HLD, LLD, Use Cases, etc..), modifying, and testing technical architecture. Demonstrate deep technical skills for Solution as System Integrator connecting multiple systems through different vendor’s solution Provide supervision and guidance to development teams Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solutions Reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members
Years experience: 5 to 7 Years
Professional and Technical Experience:-
Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. Previous project management experience is advantageous. In-depth understanding of coding languages. Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases. Experience of creating architecture solution visions and high-level solution designs. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to influence other key stakeholders (business stakeholders, technical architects, software developers, third party suppliers), to reconcile technical and business considerations to arrive at the optimal solution. Experience of Azure Integration Services. Experience of designing Microsoft 365 and Azure based solutions. Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies; CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps etc
Qualifications / Experience Required:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
Duration: 9 months renewable
