You will be joining a Digital Architecture team responsible for owning and shaping customer journey oriented full stack Digital solutions for various business demands using modern software architecture patterns. You will also support Technical Architects & engineering teams with incrementally evolving our stack to continuously improve the user experience, resiliency, re-usability, scalability and cost management of the components that make up our Digital stack.
We are looking for a Mid-Level (preferably having 8-10 years of IT experience) enthusiastic and outstanding individual to join us. As a member of the team, you will be instrumental in understanding and analysing requirements together with Business & portfolio management stakeholders, Product Owners, UX designers & IT solution architects. As well as defining e2e Digital solutions designs and associated NFRs, you will provide support to the full delivery lifecycle as required.
• Impact asses new business Demands & Change Requests to provide a ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates based on a set of documented requirement and solution approach assumptions.
• Work with Product Owners, UX, IT architects etc. to identify key e2e functional requirements & NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements) and support shaping of the e2e Digital & IT solution approach.
• Work with Product Owners & UX to refine the Digital solution requirements and NFRs, and lead on defining the e2e Digital solution design with appropriate input from peers with relevant SME.
• Ensure designs respect the principles of the AWS Well Architected Framework with respect to security assurance, resiliency & scalability, solution maintainability etc.
• Protect the integrity & reusability of the solution throughout the lifecycle, keeping it simple where possible.
• Closely collaborate with Technical Architects to define architecture guardrails, UX Teams for UX designs, Product Owners & engineering team for refinement of Features, and engineering teams and project managers for high level delivery planning.
• Support RCA (Route Cause Analysis) & identifying solution options for complex issues found during delivery or on live service.
Essential
• Extensive knowledge and experience designing and delivering micro-service-based API services for an Enterprise scale business to customer services available on the Internet.
• Extensive knowledge and experience designing and delivering applications for the cloud (serverless & containerised and compute services, managed data services etc.).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of REST API standards and API design.
• Demonstrable ability to convey solution designs using industry standard design frameworks such as UML (Unified Modelling Language) or C4 (Context, Containers, Components & Code).
• Can demonstrate creativity & a drive to identify & make case for new innovative architecture patterns and technologies that could improve delivery efficiency, operational quality etc.
• A good understanding of the AWS or equivalent Well Architected Framework pillars and guidelines, particularly regarding application security, performance & scalability, solution maintainability & cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to cross-functional audience.
• A working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as LEAN, Scrum & Kanban.

• Experience in working for large enterprises which has a Digital Footprint.
• Experienced working in SAFe and having a clear view of Value Stream aligned delivery.
• Experience designing and building TM Forum compliant APIs.
