Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Junior Account Manager (Export).

What will you do:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Achieve business objectives and sales targets through prospecting for new clients and current clients’ development.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Coordinate order processing, shipment scheduling, and delivery logistics in collaboration with the operations team.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in orders' fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve and keep an accurate record of customer complaints.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Quality, Logistics, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
