Detailed Description of Main Activities
Ensure the 4M condition:
- Ensure and coordinate the validation of new equipment, changes /products according to guidelines and customer specifications for new projects and Engineering changes.
- Consolidate lessons learned and Kakotora.
- Develop the control plan.
- Develop the necessary Inspection standards and FW checklist.
- Internal QRM.
- Conduct Poka Yoke audits, simulations, and validations.
- Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) according to a predefined plan.
- Ensure the effectiveness of operational training and adherence to the licensing system.
- Conduct product audits (ISIR, product audit) in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC).
- Ensure compliance to procedures and guidelines related to manufacturing processes.
- Comply with customer and YEMEA requirements.
- Analyze audit outputs and prepare an action plan.
- Assure the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions.
Monitor QA Targets:
- Periodically monitor and follow up on indicators, defining an action plan in case of discrepancies.
- Process & Product weekly Balance of Scorecard (BOS).
- Inspection/Finished Work (FW) monthly BOS.
- Prepare monthly reports & Operational BOS and recognize the quality hero of the month.
Team Management:
- Coach the team.
- Hold periodic meetings and share information.
- Ensure QA staff respect 5S, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and QA rules.
- Handle conflict management.
Job Qualifications:
- BSc. in Engineering.
- 1 to 4 years of experience preferred in the same industry.
- Functional knowledge and skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
