Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager todevelop and execute effective brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.

What Will You Do:
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to understand target audience preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and social media assets.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand positioning and target audience segments.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of brand marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales teams, and senior management, to understand business objectives and align marketing activities accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing techniques to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the timely and successful execution of brand marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize brand visibility and engagement across online platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a track record of success in brand development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
