Detailed Description of Main Activities:
- Ensure the effectiveness of operational training and adherence to the licensing system.
- Ensure the use of calibrated and controlled measurement equipment.
- Assure the relevancy of production processes.
- Guarantee the implementation of Poka Yoke and its control mechanisms.
- Assure safe working conditions.
- Ensure the utilization of approved components and equipment.
- Assure product validation and control throughout the process flow.
- Ensure compliance with non-conforming product procedures.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO principles and traceability of the product throughout the process flow.
- Follow up on internal and external deviations.
- Create and update the P1/P2 control plan.
- Develop inspection standards and documents pertinent to the area.
- Implement and monitor the action plan for claims (actions derived from the 8D report).
- Halt production/delivery in the event of customer risk exposure.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure the respect and application of procedures and guidelines related to P1/P2 processes.
- Maintain compliance with customer and YEL requirements.
- Analyze audit results and prepare an action plan.
- Assure the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions.
- Perform LPA audits as per the defined schedule.
Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct periodic monitoring and follow-up of indicators, defining action plans in case of discrepancies.
- Assure the availability of QA records (internal defects registration).
Quality Control and Reporting:
- Oversee the use of QRQC.
- Prepare weekly reports based on internal data.
- Develop the Quality Road Map for open issues (internal defects actions, Tear down issues, audit findings, etc.).
- Conduct weekly QRM meetings with involved departments to track action follow-up and verify effectiveness.
- Hold periodic meetings with LQCs.
Equipment Validation:
- Validate equipment (new/transferred equipment, after layout changes, etc.).
- Control capability studies.
- Validate crimping tools 'applicators' upon reception, after preventive and curative maintenance (verification of Cmk, micro cut, etc.).
Team Management and Training:
- Coach the team.
- Conduct periodic meetings and share information.
- Train, evaluate, and develop LQCs.
- Ensure QA staff adhere to 5S, EHS, and QA rules.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 1 to 4 years of experience preferred in the same industry.
- Functional knowledge and skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
