Job Description



Partner Onboarding Lead plays a crucial role in the Partner Management team by recruiting new partners to the database and supporting them in scaling up their revenues by introducing them to the internal teams to promote the offers/campaigns. The concerned person will be building an onboarding pipeline for the targeted partners to work with including Publishers and Influencers, contacting them via social, email, and phone to get them onboard and discussing the T&Cs concerning the platform and critical campaigns.

Responsibilities



- Responsible for building and maintaining the onboarding pipeline on a timely basis.
- Negotiating the T&Cs related to partner onboarding
- Maintaining relationships with newly onboarded partners up to 3 months from the approval day. Helping them to grow on their system.
- Identifying relevant hashtags and keywords on Social, Search, and App Stores to identify new partners for the database.
- Searching for new performance sources in the MENA region to diversify the traffic sources.
- Responsible for the collection of documents relevant to contract signing with the platform.
- Reaching out to potential partners for onboarding them on the platform
- Work closely with the Client Growth, Client Onboarding, and Publisher Support team to facilitate the growth.

Requirements



- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience in the affiliate and influencer industry in the MENA region
- Language: Arabic & English (verbal and written)
- Good Analytical, Presentation, Problem-Solving, and Decision-making skills
- Go-getter attitude
- Team Player
- Strong influencing ability for external and internal relations

Data from interviews, assessments and other information from the recruitment process - Such as notes from interviews with you, assessments and tests made, salary requirements. Information in your application - Such as your CV, cover letter, work samples, references, letters of recommendation and education. Information in your public profile - Meaning the information we collect about you from public sources related to your professional experience, such as LinkedIn or the website of your current employer. Information provided by references - Meaning the information we receive from our employees or partners who refer you to us, or by the persons you have listed as your references. From public sources. We may receive information about you from our employees or partners (such as recruitment service providers), when they believe your profile is of interest for our current or future vacancies.
