What you will be doing
Analyze and track loss and defective across departments Manage loss and defective life cycle from generation to closure across facilities and processes Manage weekly and monthly discussions with teams on loss and defective management Do extensive analysis of data to provide useful insights on losses and defectives Create data models and dashboards to drive effective discussions and decisions on losses and defectives Seek new avenues for reducing losses and defective Provide investigations and outcomes of defective and loss cases Manage VSC and CS cases on a need basis to provide closure
What we are looking for
Supply chain understanding to ensure most efficient set-up is identified and implemented Huge amount of drive and energy solving your tasks individually as well as together with your colleagues Leadership and change management skills Project management, Power BI, MS office and G Suit - especially Excel and Gsheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills Fluent in English
