Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Proven experience 10+ years in a senior management role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in the food supplements. Demonstrated success in leading production teams and optimizing plant operations to achieve efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Fluency in English.
