We are looking for Process Improvement Associate, an action-oriented individual that can work with a large business team (30+ people) to provide data insights and improve work processes for our team—including but not limited to internal operations and services for our selling partners, in addition to cost reduction and defect elimination initiatives. This role requires working with operations teams in executing project plans, improving processes, coordinating and driving day-to-day execution, and communicating to management on status, risks and process changes, cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Key job responsibilities
The candidate is expected to fill in the role to handle operations inquiries across MENA in FBA Ops to strategically improve the service, productivity and quality. This shall be done by targeting faster then radical resolution of defects through process optimization and automation.
-Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to streamline processes and reduce non-value added work.
-Strong ability to quickly understand and assess results with the business impact of trends to make the best decisions based on available data.
-Pull and report data from numerous databases to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
-Rollout best practices from other geographies for more efficient operations.
-Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Sellers) and internal customers (Retail, Fulfillment Centers, Regional PMs) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
-Maintain/update internal documentation/SOPs.

A successful candidate must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels and teams of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and strong project management capabilities with a flexibility to handle daily operations and work on long term strategic fixes simultaneously.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Cairo, EGY
· Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, etc.) from an accredited university or 3+ years’ experience in related fields.
· 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
· SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, Macros) knowledge.
· Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematics and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.
· Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization.
. Familiarity with Quicksight and other visualization tools.
· Python knowledge is a plus.
· A track record of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
