Quality Control Engineer

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Marsa Matruh, Egypt. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our finished units meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our Construction team to identify and resolve any quality issues, and implement measures to prevent future problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products.
2. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
3. Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, including defect rates and production efficiency.
4. Collaborate with production team to identify the root cause of any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and standards.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in quality control.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
9. Work with suppliers to establish and maintain quality control standards for incoming materials and components.
10. Conduct audits of internal processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or Fine arts.
2. 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a real estate and construction.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
9. Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
10. Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations.
