Detailed Description of Main Activities:
LAB
- Prepare a calibration/verification plan.
- Calibration of measuring equipment.
- Follow-up on the internal and external calibration plan.
- Perform and follow MSA studies.
- Monitoring of SC related to measurement equipment.
- Monitoring of equipment damage issues.
TD [Teardown]
- Prepare a Teardown plan.
- Perform Teardown audits according to the planning.
- Communicate Teardown audit report results.
- Ensure the implementation and the follow-up of corrective/preventive actions for any anomalies detected.
Data
- Ensure timely data collection from the production area.
- Input data (internal defects, produced quantities) into the QA database.
- Prepare internal and external reports (Operations, weekly, etc.).
- Analyze data and escalate in case of discrepancies.
- Submit reports to the designated individuals (internally and externally).
- Communicate external and internal reports respecting the deadlines.
Job Qualifications:
- BSc. Engineering.
- 1 to 4 years of experience preferred in the same industry.
- Functional knowledge and skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
