NOK Human Capital is hiring "Sales Manager" for Bless, the well-known personal care product manufacturing company.
Location: Sheraton.
Job Description:
* Ability to implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
* Set sales goals, operation plan, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
* Set KPIs for sales team to measure their performance.
* Developing sales team through motivation, counseling.
* Assess current team performance, processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
* Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products through doing market analysis, customer surveys and competition status.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in pharmacy, veterinary, medicine or science.
* +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical field.
* Very Good command of English both written and spoken.
* Experience setting sales goals.
* Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
