Responsibilities:


  • Implement HCM & EC Payroll module as part of S/4HANA project.
  • Full cycle SAP HCM & EC Payroll implementation across SAP project implementation lifecycle.
  • Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.
  • Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
  • Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
  • Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.

Qualifications required:


  • 4-7 years of experience in On Premise payroll/EC Payroll
  • Experience in KSA/GCC Payroll
  • At least 2 or more end to end implementation projects and 3 or more support projects.
  • Expertise in PCR and Schema is must
  • Certification on HCM/EC Payroll
  • Expertise in positive/negative time management
  • Point to Point integration from EC to ECP
  • BIB integration
  • Experience on Payroll Control Center
  • Knowledge on Employee Central and other SF modules

Location: Anywhere in Egypt
