Responsibilities:


  • Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management and Career Development & Mentoring
  • Work with clients on business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution
  • Hands-on all the Data Models, Matrix Reports, Succession Org Chart, People Profile and excellent knowledge of XML.
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Help  clients  understand on alternatives for system configuration and design.
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others

Job Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • 1 - 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
  • Experience on Industry or consulting.
  •  Certification in SuccessFactors Succession Management & Career Development.
  • Must have done at least two end to end implementation in Succession & Development.
  • Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
