· Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
· Guide and coach the Scrum team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
· Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives).
· Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog and ensuring its readiness.
· Shield the team from external interference to maintain focus during the Sprint.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to address impediments and foster a collaborative work environment.
· Promote Agile principles and values within the organization.
· Foster innovation and a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
· Resolve conflicts within the team and encourage open communication.
· Serve as a change agent to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies.
· Complies with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
· Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferably at a post-graduate level
· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
· Excellent knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
· English: Advanced & Arabic is preferred.
· Very good knowledge of banking systems, applications, and banking operations.
