Job description:
Develop a strategy and focus on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities including new markets commensurate with customer needs.
Search for new project opportunities and follow up the tenders offered in the market or through direct recommendations from senior management.
Attending marketing conferences and representing the company in front of attendees to attract new customers.
Receiving the project file (tender) from the client and identifying all work needs and working on them.
Make a report for the Opportunity Analysis to determine if the project is suitable or not.
Making a field visit to the project site with the help of the technical office engineer before sending it for pricing.
Participate in the tender file and send it to the pricing engineer and the procurement department to prepare the financial and technical offer for the project.
Review the final offer and send it to the client after the management review.
Preparation of contracting contracts to ensure compliance with the rules and guidelines established in the law
Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow-up on the performance evaluations of the Department's employees and work on their development-
Monitor and evaluate customer trends and drives, meeting regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
Create new clients, identify and contact decision makers , examine potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies and facilitate services.
Development and implementation of comprehensive external offers and business development strategy.
Job qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor in Architecture or civil department is a must.
Experience 2-4 years in the field of business development and project coordinator.
Trading, and Construction background is a must!
Proven work experience as a Business Development coordinator, project coordinator or related role.
Experience in customer support.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM programs.
English language proficiency.
