Senior Sales Operations Analyst

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting MaxAB Sales Operations by providing analytical insights, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Evaluate existing sales processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve sales productivity.
• Implement best practices and tools to automate and optimize sales operations.
• Develop sales forecasting and planning processes, providing input based on data analysis and market insights.
• Ensure alignment between sales and different teams to maximize effectiveness.
• Make recommendations for improving sales performance based on data-driven insights.
• Serve as a liaison between sales and other functional areas to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience (+2 years) in business analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
