The Technical Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing customers on our
education products and custom solutions. Technical presale is involved from the lead stage with the customer to
understand, analyse and propose the suitable solution for the customer needs and participate in entire sales cycle from
being a Lead until closure.
Based his technical and business knowledge, the technical presales should be able to design a solution that matches
the customer’s requirements using our existing products and reusable components to offer a comprehensive solution
that match the customer needs.
He`ll also need to say aligned with the newest products` updates and will be in direct communication with the
Technical Excellence Manager to validate the proposed solution’s with the products’ structure.
· To attend meetings with potential Clients to gather and analyse the technical and the business requirements.
· Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
· Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
· Build and customize demo environment to be tailored to a customer needs.
· Develop professional presentable presales material like PowerPoint slides, product description, architecture
documents…etc
· Engage with vendors and attend technical forums to keep updated on state-of-the-art technology
· Support the sales team in presenting the solution design and benefits to the customer
· Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process
improvement, systems enhancement, user training
· Engage with partners to provide an integrated offering with best user experience.
· Able to deliver an end to end professional technical proposal with a clear scope and solution design.
