Job Role

Through proper management of their Staff, the Showroom manager has to achieve an agreed sales volume target for new cars. Must exploit available and potential resources to the full and secure the dealership's revenues.


The aim should be to use high-quality service and professional customer care to bind customers and potential customers to Al Mansour Automotive Group and our brands. The customer base of the dealership must be secured and continuously extended




Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement
  • Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of professional and excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met proficiently and timely to both internal and external customers
  • Cascade company standards and ensure that they are applied within the sales team.
  • Create an enabling and positive environment where individuals present a high level of accountability and are working together across the region as a single team to realize MAG values and goals
  • Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
  • Employ up-to-date knowledge of vehicle characteristics to address clients' misconceptions and improve brand image
  • Implement standards/guidelines specified internally and by MAG for the Sales department
  • Overseeing the closing of sales deals, ensuring the completion of the sales contract, explanation of vehicle warranty, confirmation of payment, and delivery of units
  • Responsible for showroom proper operation and compliance of the showroom to corporate identity
  • Support management in ensuring performance is managed and talent is nurtured according to group guidelines
  • To ensure compliance with regulations governing safety at work and accident prevention including the physical security of all vehicles and accessories (new or otherwise) to prevent theft and losses
  • To monitor sales volume and revenues continuously (daily / monthly report)

Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Similar education


Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:


  • 5 to 7 years' prior experience as a Showroom Manager ideally at a similar industry
  • Proven experience in the field of automotive vehicles sales, customer relations, and marketing

  • Excellent track of sales success
  • Outstanding teamwork communication and arbitration abilities
  • General management experience is essential for this job.
  • Able to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be familiar with computer software programs e.g., Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
