Job Overview:

 This is a full-time job. In line with our ongoing development initiatives, we are seeking a

seasoned Site Manager to join our team and manage our project sites·

 The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in a similar

role, coupled with a civil engineering background.

 Adaptability to oversee projects across diverse geographic locations is essential for this

position

 Mobility, time management, and organization skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

 Project Oversight: Manage construction projects from start to finish.

 Quality Assurance: Ensure top-notch construction quality and safety standards.

 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams and partners for smooth project

flow.

 Resource Management: Optimize labor, materials, and equipment for efficiency.

 Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and environmental compliance on-

site.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

 Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience.

 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in project management software.
