Our Ideal candidate is someone who is up to date on new development in the technology industry and work directly with other server and service owners to ensure reliability and sustainability of our system, networks, and service infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages team resources efficiently in line with business needs and client demand.
Implements solutions in the most cost-effective manner.
Develops and coordinates the team rosters to ensure the availability of requisite resources and ensures that employee productivity is enhanced.
Conduct solution tuning operational readiness validation testing.
Assigns work to department members based on competencies.
Ensures the dispersal of pertinent information to the team staff regarding products, services and clients.
Play the role of Process practitioner for transition planning & support process.
Play the role of Process manager for release and deployment management process.
Design and practice the update, upgrade or migration plan for customer environment.
Identifies training needs within the team and ensures individual development improves team and individual performance.
Manages client expectations and escalates critical situations to Management.
Monitors and maintains implementation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Implementation.
A good background in systems and network administration.
Knowledge of windows server 2008/2012 & Linux OS is preferable.
