Prepare Requisition and obtain sign-off from all stakeholders;
Advertise all vacancies internally and externally within 24 hours of obtaining sign-off;
Screen and shortlist applicants from Workable and LinkedIn;
Conduct various assessments applicable to the role;
Submit shortlisted candidates and obtain feedback on them from hiring managers;
Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders;
Notify all unsuccessful candidates;
Sit in all interviews to ensure compliance;
Ensure all scorecards are completed post Recruitment;
Perform entry interviews for all new recruits who are with the company for 3 months;
Provide feedback to the manager on the interview.
Record Keeping:
Capture all interview notes in Workable;
Save all successful shortlisted candidates on Workable for future pipeline;
Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews;
Responsible for Monthly Reporting:
Update the recruitment activity sheet;
Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback;
Meet with Talent Acquisition - Team Lead and Hiring Managers to discuss the progress of open positions, quality of candidates and strategy to find/engage more talent;
Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager within agreed time frames.
Other:
Ensure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable (paperless environment);
Coordinate and implement university graduate recruiting initiatives;
Build recruitment networks through industry / global contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices;
Perform any other reasonable task which might be required from time to time;
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies;
