Job Description



Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Toll Manufacturing Coordinator to join our expanding team. The Toll Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our toll manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with third-party manufacturing partners to meet production targets and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for third-party toll manufacturing partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. Coordinate toll manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, and quality assurance processes, to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. Monitor manufacturing performance and adherence to production schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may arise. Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, planning, and quality assurance, to coordinate the transfer of materials and information between our facilities and toll manufacturing partners. Conduct regular audits and inspections of toll manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and contractual agreements. Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or sciences. Previous experience in toll manufacturing coordination, contract manufacturing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.* Proficiency in supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems “Odoo”.
