• Verify the accuracy and validity of reservations
• Confirm reservations
• Managing calendars
Request office equipment
Providing administrative support
And other travel services.
Planning trips and determining means of transportation, accommodation, and appointments
•Assistance in choosing means of transportation and determining travel dates, costs, and accommodation.
Necessary information for travellers such as (instruction manual, local customs, maps, regulations and laws).
Providing information and events.
•Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and complete payments and fees.
Handling complaints and payments.
And managing operations of the company
A minimum of 7 years of experience in travel agencies
Complete proficiency in the English language
Organisation
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in using reservations sites
Careful attention to details
