We are excited to announce our upcoming Open Day Recruitment Event for our Customer Service Team as per the below schedule

Dates:
Day 1: Friday 19 April from 1 PM to 4 PM
Day 2: Sun 21 April from 10 AM to 4 PM
Day 3: Mon 22 April from 10 AM to 4 PM
Day 4: Tues 23 April from 10 AM to 4 PM

Location:

Capital A2, 3rd Floor, City Stars Complex, Heliopolis, Cairo.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Service Team in the following roles:
- Reservation and Ticketing Executive (Front Office)
- Reservation and Ticketing Executive (Offline Sales Team)
- Community Management Executive

To be eligible, you must have:

• Fluency in English at a B2 level.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in the contact center field is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Completed or exempted from military service.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Flexibility with rotational shifts and days off.
• Flexibility with night and overnight shifts (male staff).
• Wiling to work from office.
