We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer specializing in exterior designs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in architectural drafting, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the architectural industry's demands. This role requires proficiency in drafting, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, with a focus on creating visually appealing and accurate exterior visualizations.

• Produce detailed architectural designs and drafts using AutoCAD, focusing on exterior elements.
  
• Develop 3D models and visualizations of architectural exteriors using 3Ds Max with V-ray, enhancing the project's visual impact.
  
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and develop accurate and realistic renderings.
  
• Study, rectify, and improve architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
  
• Apply texturing and lighting techniques to create photo-realistic renders of exterior designs.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to explore design alternatives and provide creative solutions.
  
• Ensure all visualizations and renderings meet the high-quality standards and project specifications.
  

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in architectural drafting, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, specifically focused on exteriors.
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3Ds Max with V-ray, and Photoshop.
  
• Excellent understanding of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
  
• Ability to produce detailed drafts and accurate architectural visualizations.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers.
