Role and Responsibility : 


  • Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)


  • Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team 


  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey


  • Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counselors


  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings


  • Report & Data Management


  • Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team


  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets


  • Pipeline forecast & Management


  • Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors


  • Existing relationships with Universities / Colleges ( Within India or Abroad)


  • If also involved in Business Development activities


The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes :


  • The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)


  • Min 7+ years of experience in Counselling in overseas education.


  • In-depth knowledge of at least 2 countries ( USA / UK / Australia/ New Zealand/ Ireland)


  • Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines


  • Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences


  • 2-3+ years of experience in leading a team of counselors ( Ideally 5-6+)


  • Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable. 


  • Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences


  • Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)


  • Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.


  • Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management


  • Experience of owning a P&L of a Branch / Team


  • Experience in working with external partners or Sub-agents


  • Experience in conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars
