Managing and Leading the portfolio shaping and management.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Build short and long-term effective strategies for the brand in line with overall marketing strategy of the company. Gain positive accelerated impact on brand health parameters like awareness, usage, consideration & imagery
• Designs and communicates winning marketing communications. Supports sales team through innovative/ relevant marketing campaigns and enhancement of sales communication materials,
• Understand Sales team pain points + Customer pain points and providing right solutions to drive equity
• Periodic product presentations and necessary training on products and in-clinic conduct. • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend growth strategies in liaison with R&D, Sales and Regulatory teams and relevant external agencies.
• Identifies as well as creates network of KOLs to build strategic relationships for driving brand objectives
• Develop robust processes or improve the current processes on business reviews and performance/ KPI tracking – Marketing programs, Sales Trends, Supply Chain, New product launch
• Understand consumer pain points/challenges and work closely with digital team to create robust plans to drive consumerization.
Education & Qualification
Candidate with 6 to 8 years of experience in Product Marketing in Pharma
• 2 to 3 years of initial sales experience preferred •
Preferred companies- Indian MNC’s like Sun, DRL, Lupin, USV or MNC’s like Abbott, GSK, MSD, Sanofi, BI, Pfizer
