MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Assistant Manager – TA and L&D will be responsible for the talent acquisition, talent development and learning and development functions at Dextra India, Andheri Head office. Talent Acquisition
Assisting in the recruitment and selection, Sourcing potential candidates, screening conducting interviews.
Coordination with the Line Managers for PRJD creation and understanding the requirement, organizing interviews, and collecting the feedback.
Ensure a strong employer branding in social media. Advertising jobs via fresh team, Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
Manage the application tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records updated.
Responsible for onboarding administration and Induction program for staff Level 3 and above new hires.
Probation period objective setting and follow up for the timely evaluation and confirmation.
Collaborating with Group Talent acquisition manager on projects related to talent acquisition and retention.
Talent Management & retention
Assisting in the development and implementation of talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
Supporting employee retention efforts through engagement initiatives, career development programs, and recognition strategies.
Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Assisting in the design and implementation of succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Learning & Development
Develop the yearly Dextra India training calendar and implement of training programs to support employee development.
Collaborating with department managers identify training needs and design relevant curriculum and propose for approval in HR budget.
Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
Conducting training sessions as needed, both in-person and virtually, to deliver content and facilitate learning.
Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Supporting the Dextra Academy Bridge (LMS) to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
Providing support and guidance to employees participating in learning and development activities, including answering questions and offering resources.
Assisting in the development of learning materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online resources.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS MBA/PGDBM in HR Work Experience 4-6 years of experience into talent acquisition in Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction will preferred.
