BCP Lead
The Opportunity
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a BCP Lead, in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining effective business continuity plans and strategies to ensure the resilience and uninterrupted operation of our organization. Your role will involve assessing risks, creating process documentations for Business Continuity, creating contingency plans and coordinating efforts across departments to minimize the impact of disruptions. Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with business units to understand their operations and critical functions.
Evaluate current business continuity practices and identify areas for improvement. Includes identifying business continuity scenarios and detailed processes to recover from those scenarios.
Develop comprehensive business continuity strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation measures.
Work closely with various business units to ensure the integration of business continuity into their processes.
Collaborate with IT, security, and other relevant departments to ensure a broad approach to business continuity.
Increase awareness across the organization regarding the importance of business continuity planning, leverage past experience in risk consulting with reputed consulting companies to assess and mitigate potential risks.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of experience in business continuity planning, with a focus on risk consulting.
Knowledge of business continuity principles, methodologies and industry standards.
Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements related to business continuity, strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle resources.
Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
