Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our company's growth in the EdTech sector. You will manage our existing sales pipeline, develop new business opportunities, and engage with various stakeholders including schools, corporates, and technology enthusiasts to enhance our outreach and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by managing sales pipelines and initiating new business opportunities.
- Lead and participate in marketing roadshows and events to showcase the excitement of science and technology.
- Conduct meetings with schools, stakeholders, and corporates to pitch sales and demonstrate products.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals to communicate our offerings effectively.
- Achieve set sales targets and gather market intelligence to stay ahead of competition.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales activities.
Requirements- Quick to action, with a positive and goal-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Other Requirements:
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
- Must possess a bike with a valid driving license.
- Must own a laptop.
- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu and neighboring states; all related expenses will be covered by the company as per policy.
