We are seeking a skilled SMS/Email Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated SMS and email workflows to enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency. This role requires expertise in automation tools, delivery scheduling, and a deep understanding of best practices in SMS/email marketing. Responsibilities
Experience as Campaign Specialist or Adobe Campaign Specialist with must have skills as Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform and Litmus. The other important keywords are email automation, marketing automation, and journey builder.
Design, implement, and manage automated SMS and email workflows to deliver targeted messages to our audience segments.
Utilize automation platforms to create dynamic workflows and trigger-based communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment of communication strategies with business objectives.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize workflows and improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule SMS and email deliveries in advance.
Monitor delivery schedules and troubleshoot any issues to ensure timely and accurate message delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SMS/email marketing automation.
Qualifications

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
