Key responsibilities:


  • Drive business in assigned territory to meet or exceed Order Book target.
  • Build and monitor project pipeline in assigned territory with 25% conversion rate.
  • Negotiate and close Sales for Order Booking.
  • Assist RCM / KAM with Sales Revenue outlook, whenever required.
  • Responsible for project bidding strategy and influencing internal cross-functional team to obtain necessary support (e.g., product selection, price, lead-time, warranty).
  • Conduct presentation and maintain multi-level engagement with key stakeholders such as EPCs, OEMs, Consultants, Institutions and End-Users in order to specify DuPont products.
  • Prioritize projects that focus on multi-tech and/or Life-Cycle Cost, leveraging on DuPont’s strong value proposition.
  • Expand Sales coverage by developing new customers and exploring new, under-served opportunities.

Skills & Experience required:


  • Degree in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in municipal and/or industrial water / wastewater treatment / desalination.
  • Strong network in the industry and familiar working with MF / UF / MBR / RO / IER technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region
