  • Create effective communication strategies for all stakeholders
  • Create content for intranet, department articles, social media (LinkedIn ,X , FB and Instagram) and internet.
  • Associated Press style of writing.
  • Write and validate all the press releases and organize interviews with top management for corporates.
  • Write clear copy/story-telling technique to promote RNTBCI as an employer of choice brand.
  • Work with multi-media formats to create and script short videos.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet the management’s need.
  • Should be creative with concepts and should also be able to implement them.
  • Plan events such as corporate meetings, town hall and car launches.
  • Presentations for town halls and corporate events
  • Coordinate ground events        
  • Crisis Communication Management - preparing for potential crises, responding swiftly to emerging issues, and communicating with clarity and confidence under pressure. Help maintain poise, protecting the organization's reputation, and providing transparent and timely information to stakeholders during challenging times

Skills/technology


  • Should be good with content writing UK English
  • An ex journalist or media person with media/ press experience
  • Associated Press style of writing.
  • Project management skills to plan and execute projects
  • Data analysis skillShould be creative with concepts and should also be able to implement them.Work in a fast-paced environment to meet the management’s need.

  • Digital Proficiency and Social Media Savvy- Visual Communication and Graphic Design
