It is a large IT Campus in Noida.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil.

  
  
• Experience of leading construction management, site supervision and civil works for a project of similar nature from start to handover'

You’ll also have: 

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  

  
  

• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector. 

  
  

• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.  

  
  

• Commercial and financial acumen.  

  
  

• Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.  

  
  

• Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.  

  
  

• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
