As a Digital Personalization and Analytics Manager you will be responsible for executing digital experience optimization through personalization and version testing. The analyst will define business requirements, collaborate with Personalization/Version testing leads as well Marketing technology teams to set technical requirements, and support execution of projects to change and enhance our business. Critical in the role is collaborating across teams and various expertise to build experiences that ultimately improve the experience for current and prospective clients. Using your website data analysis skills, you will recommend best practices and identify ways to improve web pages and connection to email.  As an individual contributor, you will leverage your strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills to partner with other subject matter experts in our UX Design, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Digital Product teams to deliver optimized digital client journeys. 


Job Responsibilities:


  • Executing digital personalization campaigns in personalization and version testing tools
  • Identify trends and new areas of opportunity for personalization and version testing
  • Interpret and report results for all experiences, communicating broader implications to any additional teams
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in order to craft a version test that will best be able to answer business questions and improve performance. Advocate for a data-driven decision across all client touch points
  • Communicate across technical and non-technical concepts to ensure that projects are completed and their insights applied back across all platforms. 
  • Prioritize between concepts based on expected business impact, scale, and alignment with broader team goals
  • Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations. Troubleshooting and QA activities to identify and correct experience issues before they are shared with clients. Evaluate existing processes to ensure the quality of end results 
  • Continue to understand the marketing technology landscape to be ready for new concepts as well as provide guidance on developing industry changes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, marketing, or similar
  • Experience with optimization and version testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
  • Experience with major clickstream/web analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Have worked in a cross-functional, matrix organization and confident sharing expertise with peers in other teams to  collaborate and deliver projects. Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills 
  • Ability to deliver high quality work within an environment of continuous change, staying focused on goals and prioritizing workload for impact
  • A client-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering best-in-class client experiences on digital platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience applying statistical concepts
  • Ability to synthesize insights and effectively communicate complex concepts into actionable next steps
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering trends
  • Comfortable being precise in interpretations and their limits 
  • Experience with front-end code (JavaScript) or statistical languages (Python, R) a plus but not required
