Responsibilities:
Import Documentation Executive - EDI
Filing Bill of Entry, eSanchit
Update DSR on receipt of pre-alert from Importer/ Agent
Follow up with Importer/Agent in case of pending/additional documents
Preparing Import Checklist Sea/Air in Logi-sys
Taking IGM details from Shipping Line & Online from ICE Gate Follow up with Importer, Operation team and concern parties
till delivery of the consignment
Handle the checking of documents once prepared for errorless job routine
Co-ordinate with Internal team regarding status on new jobs
