● Defining the Project Cost Structure (CBS or named WBS in SAP) based on initial detailed contract estimate
● Maintaining during all phases of the Project execution, an accurate and reliable forecast of all project cost,
● Analyzing forecast by controlling committed and actual project costs and alerting (early detection) of any variance
● Preparing, issuing and updating periodic Project Status Report (PSR)
● Periodic updation & maintenance of Cost in SAP.
● Support in the preparation of the cash flow plan & Project POC
● Participating and supporting project risk quantification (Quantitative Risk Analysis) as required by Project.
● Supporting Estimating and Cost Control communities by contributing to proper capitalization with cost feedback &
benchmark loops
● Basic technical (process and general engineering) understanding
● Experience of Cost Control tools & methods on EPC business
