Job Summary:


We are seeking for a highly motivated individual who can proactively engage in a cross organizational team, has senior level interpersonal and communication skills like negotiation, and problem solving. The role will involve elements of Analytic thinking, Strategic execution, and Program management. 


The Individual should be comfortable with interacting with senior leadership and have the ability to articulate the message is a concise manner. 


Job responsibilities


  • Coordinate and drive organizational initiatives right from ideation to timely execution. 
  • Proactively identify obstacles and collaborate with stakeholders and team for effective problem solving.
  • Effectively articulate key achievements and highlights during townhalls, employee specific events and Global leadership meetings.
  • Serve as a catalyst to foster a positive organizational culture by facilitating development and execution of the Global operating model.
  • Lead planning and execution of senior leadership meetings and assist in strategic decision making.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to achieve the strategic goals outlined. 
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions for functional areas. 
  • Identify opportunities for Process re-engineering and efficiencies.
  • Leading and partnering with the business, legal, risk, compliance and other control partners on various issues ranging from self-identified issues to global regulatory enforcement actions

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills.


  • Skilled business leader with 15-20+ yrs. of experience in financial industry
  • Proficient in project management and people management skills
  • Strong execution skills along with extensive experience in managing complex deliverables. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should reflect excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient knowledge of risk and control with ability to design, create, and evaluate initiatives. 
  • Adapting to a dynamic work environment
  • Driving innovation and digitization for India and global teams
  • Knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and associated risks a plus
  • Demonstrate confident leadership and sound judgment to influence a strong culture and risk management.
  • Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create, and evaluate a Risk & Control Self-Assessment in conjunction with business partners.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
