Acceldata is seeking a Financial Reporting and Consolidations Manager to support global consolidations and oversee various accounting functions, including month-end closing, financial statement reporting, account analysis, and variance analysis. We’re looking for someone who can:
Lead the financial close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, supporting reconciliation, and overseeing operations in the USA, Canada, India, and Singapore.
Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements, adhering to GAAP and internal company policies.
Coordinate with regions and entities for financial data, reconcile intercompany transactions, and establish consolidation automation with the ERP system.
Oversee accounting for leases under ASC 842, ensuring accuracy. ASC 606
Conduct monthly and quarterly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Play a key role in the annual financial audit, liaising with external auditors and managing team deliverables.
Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the Controller, and conduct accounting and technical compliance research.
What makes you the right fit for this position?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
10+ years of related work experience
Consolidation experience with a multi-national company
Experience operating in FX remeasurement and translation, strong knowledge of consolidations accounting and accounting policies and procedures is required
Experience with Excel and NetSuite OneWorld is required
Software-as-a-service (SaaS) revenue accounting experience and solid knowledge of ASC 606 are desired
CA certification is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical and pays strict attention to detail
