Function Overview

• The Management Trainee learns and supports financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities within the International Area. He/She works directly with the International central and IAC finance team.
• Supporting business plan and forecasting activities and helping teams within International Region with high quality and timely submission in line with global and regional guidelines.
• The Management Trainee is responsible for delivering timely, accurate and impactful management reports. This includes both the monthly standard reporting package as well as ad hoc analyses informing business decisions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver TAI (Timely/Accurate/Impactful) financial reports and enhance reporting capabilities (drive for effectiveness, efficiency, and impact)
• Support financial planning and forecasting process to ensure a timely, high quality submission.
• Learn and support process across FP&A and help team with good analysis to enable better decisions and achieve superior results.
• Be an effective FP&A team member; provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects.
• Passion & ability to learn and build solutions and draw insights using data analysis tools like SAP, BPC and Power BI
