About the Role: As a Graphic Designer at Zamp, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that contribute to the overall branding and marketing efforts of Zamp. As a key member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and design assets for various marketing materials including digital campaigns, social media content, email newsletters, presentations, print collateral, and website graphics
Collaborate closely with the team to understand project objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement with our target audience
Produce high-quality visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the Zamp brand identity across all touchpoints
Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining attention to detail and design excellence
Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results and meet project objectives
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support design projects and ensure consistency in brand representation
Assist in the development and maintenance of design templates and assets to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the marketing department
Contribute creative ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and design meetings to drive innovation and excellence in design execution
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals
Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback from stakeholders
