This role requires skill, tact, discretion and judgment to accomplish objectives. This role will work closely with the ER Support (coordinators) and ELR Partner teams. Direction will be provided to accomplish tasks/activities associated with Employment Law/Legal, Compliance, broader Human Resources community, Works Councils and other key stakeholders as applicable, to deliver fair, consistent ELR and/or compliance operational services.
