Purpose
Position is responsible for driving engineering and non-engineering process automation. Liaison with stakeholders from various functions, understand their processes, facilitate identification of automation opportunities, gather requirements, and complete automation projects under supervision.
Functions
ESSENTIAL
Needs to perform following activities under supervision.
¿Work as knowledge-based engineer to gather and understand the requirements, review feasibility, prepare execution plan and deliver the projects within estimated timeline.
¿Develop Power BI Dashboards for data visualization and analysis, Power Apps for user interactions, Power Automate flows for automating the regular tasks and SharePoint lists on office 365 platform.
¿Follow Software development life cycle process to deliver the projects.
¿Develop customization applications on Microsoft office suite of products.
¿Prepare work instructions, user manuals or any other documents related to job profile.
¿Provide post-production support as required.
¿Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.
¿Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.
¿Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures.
¿Understand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices.
¿This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
¿Bachelors in engineering (preferred in Mechanical Engineering or allied branch) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
¿Experience in Power platform development, viz. Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
¿Proven record in documentation with strong interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
¿Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
¿Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
¿Work surface is stable (flat)
