• Lead the planning and scheduling activities for oil and gas refinery construction projects, including developing and maintaining project schedules, progress tracking, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with project management teams, engineering disciplines, and construction contractors to develop comprehensive project schedules aligned with project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project progress reviews and meetings to monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and budget objectives.
• Prepare and present project status reports, schedule updates, and forecast analyses to project stakeholders, including senior management, to facilitate decision-making and project communication.

• Full time bachelor’s degree in respective discipline. For planning engineer full time bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of experience of working as Lead Engineer/Area Manager/Superintendent in Oil & Gas Sector and Chemicals.
  • Must have completed one project working as Lead Engineer for EPCM/PMC Consultant
