Sutherland is looking for the developers to join as Lead - Software Development. The person should have hands-on experience in HL7, CCD, X12, FHIR, Integration tools (Mirth, Cloverleaf), SQL. Responsibilities:
• Keep management updated: Should update the management on the status.
• Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
• Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
• Strengthen relationships: Should work as a team and able to communicate effectively with customer and team members
• Take the lead: Able to debug the production issue quickly and provide the root cause analysis with resolution for the issue.
Primary Responsibility:
• Design, implementation and support various system / data integration initiatives for HIT
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data interfaces and messaging standards to integrate systems internally and externally
• Training, mentoring team members
• Manage Knowledge Base
• Experience with integrating web design with back-end coding
• Problem solving skills & good team player
• Completing the assigned tasks by adhering to the coding standards and quality processes
• Performing source code peer reviews
• Providing technical guidance and support to the associate software engineers.
In addition to the foregoing, the following are essential functions:

• Ability to learn, interpret and apply complex and technical regulations, policies and procedures;
• Ability to perform complex analytical processes and problem solving;
• Ability to work under timeline with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;

Key competencies
- Lead with 5+ years of experience in HL7, CCD, X12, FHIR, Integration tools (Mirth, Cloverleaf), SQL.
Education: B E / B Tech / MCA / MSc

Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
