Mission• Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast…)Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow ofthe plant's finished goods from the workshop to the distribution centers/customers and flows insolution activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizes the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improves the manufacturing SCperformance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the ManufacturingProduction Scheduling.
Main ActivityEnsure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex :Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)Contribute to the design and the implementation of MPH according to SPS rules in accordance withLWS4Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to SPS rules andupdate internal stock (kanban) parameters• Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP) process with the other functionsSupervise for the plant the waiting queue management and implement the queue managementtogether with the methods engineer (IST4)Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuousimprovement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan• Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant levelTo be in a continuous improvement approach for ISSR, BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time, DIN/NIN FG,UHS• Be the key user for the department for information systemBe the Data-Owner of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Domain managing all data (creation, updateand deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/localtools).• Be Key-User of the SC&P Domain (SCM)
Experience: 5 to 7 years relevant experience focuses on managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards
Qualification: B.E or B.Tech - EEE or Mechanical
